Created Street Level Records (1995) in of the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area, one of the first regional Indie labels to go direct to domestic retail and be distributed Worldwide. Produced one of the first major Hip Hop/Rap and R&B compilations for licensing and distribution Worldwide to label/distribution partners. 


Co-Owner – 11,000 sq ft. Offplanet Recording Studios and Off Planet Entertainment dot com company in San Francisco 1998-2000.


Created Requiem Entertainment (2003) to produce DVD films, documentaries and recording projects with fellow USC Alum/colleague and Hollywood Major Film Producer Jeffrey R. Newman; Exec. Producer of films, Under Seige 2, Never Talk To Strangers, Varsity Blues, Chill Factor, etc.).

Bone Thugs N Harmony; “UNI-5; the Prequel (Blue Foil Colllector's Edition) & "Untold Story" DVD Rapumentary and CD; with rare footage of  5 youthful Bone Thugs members  captured 10 years ago just before Flesh Bone was jailed. For nearly a decade this documentary had been thought destroyed in a fire, until recently discovered in a warehouse. This must see piece chronicles their road from the Streets of Cleveland to LA (meeting Eazy E) to the stages around the World, on     to selling over 30 millions records, and everything in between. It also includes a CD with unreleased tracks produced by and featuring Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Big Boi, Timbaland, Kelly Rowland, Will.i am,  plus many others,and bonus material Release date in January 2010.
